Road Hierarchy System
Three-tier road network: 120-foot boulevard (4-lane divided), 60-foot secondary roads (2-lane), 40-foot internal streets. Road cross-sections include 8-foot footpaths, 6-foot green belts, street lighting poles at 100-foot intervals, and underground utility corridors for electricity (11KV cables), water (12-inch mains), gas (4-inch pipes), and fiber optic cables.
Underground Utilities
11KV grid station feeds 15 distribution transformers. Water system: 4 deep wells (400-foot depth) with 500,000 gallon overhead tank. Gas network: 4-inch mains with individual meter connections.
